Processing Time: Items are typically shipped within 2-4 business days. Please let us know if you need your order in a specific timeframe and we will do our best to accommodate. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able expedite the processing time.
Shipping Information:
CANADA
Canadian orders shipped with Canada Post oversized letter mail and DO NOT include tracking. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC, and delivery times are generally 3 – 8 business days. Remote addresses may take longer.
Tracked shipping and Express Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please choose one of the tracked options if you would like to track your order or need it quickly.
UNITED STATES
US Orders are shipped with USPS First-Class Mail (via Chit Chats) and DO include a tracking number. Orders ship from Blaine, WA. Delivery times are generally 3 – 7 business days based on where you are in the country.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped with Canada Post Small Packet Air Mail and do not include tracking. Delivery time is typically 10 to 16 business days, though may take longer if there are customs or shipping carrier delays. Tracked shipping is not available at this time.
